Cool down this summer with this easy recipe!

Mixed Berry Yoghurt Icy Poles

Ingredients:

– 60g raspberries – 60g blueberries

– 1¼ cup vanilla yoghurt – 2tbsp honey

Method:

– Combine the berries in a medium bowl and use a fork to crush until almost smooth

– Add the yoghurt and honey, mix well

– Pour the mixture into 8 x 1/3 cup ice block moulds and insert an ice block stick at the centre

– Freeze for 4 hours or until set

– Enjoy!
